Clemens holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA from Vienna School of Economics. Before founding MindX, he was a portfolio manager and investment banker with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Lombard Odier.
Luca holds a BA in Computer Engineering and an MA in Software Engineering (Hons) from Politechnic University of Turin. He is an experienced technologist and engineering team leader with a full stack development background.
Tom holds a MSc Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, where he developed a strong interest in psychometric assessment and scale construction. Before MindX, he primarily worked in research and development, and he has helped design and build scientifically driven recruitment solutions for multiple FTSE 100 companies.
DR KIKI LEUTNER
Kiki holds a PhD in Industrial and Occupational Psychology from University College London (UCL), where she is also a Teaching Fellow. She is an expert in innovative psychometric assessment, personality theory, and behavioral analytics. Kiki regularly publishes her academic work in peer reviewed journals.
Sonia holds a BSc Psychology from the University of Bath and is completing a PhD on entrepreneurial judgments and behavior at University College London (UCL). Her research focuses on the development and validation of innovative psychometric assessments.
Rob is an expert in designing psychometric assessments and the author of five books on psychometric testing. He is highly experienced in producing innovative and effective recruitment processes incorporating MindX. Rob holds a MSc Occupational Psychology degree from University College London (UCL).
Adriano is completing his PhD in Computer Science and Machine Learning at University College London (UCL). At MindX, he devises machine learning models to measure cognitive ability and personality traces though game-based assessments with the objective of predicting employability and job performance.
Ciprian holds a BA in Information Technology from Politechnic University of Bucharest.
He is an experienced full stack software developer, having previously worked at leading technology and media companies in Romania and the UK.
Geraint is Dean of the Faculty of Life Sciences at University College London (UCL), where he is also a Professor of Cognitive Neurology. He is a Wellcome Trust Senior Clinical Fellow and a member of the Francis Crick Institute Executive Team.
Tomas is an international authority in psychological profiling, talent management, and people analytics. He is the CEO of Hogan Assessments, Professor of Business Psychology at University College London (UCL), and visiting Professor at Columbia University. He is also an Associate to Harvard's Entrepreneurial Finance Lab.
Dave heads product innovation at Hogan Assessments. He leads the firm's efforts to revolutionize the way we understand people and advance the powerful science of personality assessment. In his native New Zealand, Dave is known for his work on evaluating executive potential and leadership.
Gareth is the COO of Headstart AI which uses predictive algorithms to match students to opportunities at their dream companies.
A regular writer and commentator on HR technology he is also a board advisor for a number of startups in the HR/Recruiting space.
